Sahara

Sahara is one of Egypt's landmark agricultural exhibitions, held annually at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in Cairo and organised by Informa Markets Egypt.

The show spans the agri-food value chain: agricultural machinery and inputs, crop production, food-processing technologies, and hospitality and catering channels that carry produce to the consumer. It also draws investors looking at agribusiness opportunities in Egypt and Africa.

Open to both trade visitors and the general public, Sahara brings together farmers, agronomists, food producers, equipment suppliers and financiers — a rare full-spectrum gathering for a sector at the heart of Egypt's economy and food security.
