InterFresh Eurasia

InterFresh Eurasia is an annual trade exhibition for the fresh-produce business, held at Fuar Izmir and organised by AntExpo.

The event covers agriculture, fresh produce and the logistics that move it — growing, handling, cold chain and distribution — reflecting how tightly production and transport are bound in this time-critical trade.

Growers, exporters, packers and logistics providers meet retail and wholesale buyers from Türkiye and its export markets. Izmir's surrounding Aegean region is one of the country's principal fruit-and-vegetable sources, placing the fair close to the orchards and packhouses whose produce it represents.
