HITEX (Hawler International Technology Exhibition)

HITEX, the Hawler International Technology Exhibition, is an annual technology event held at the Erbil International Fairground in Erbil, organized by the HITEX team in cooperation with the KRG Department of Information Technology.

The exhibition presents developments across the technology landscape, including information technology, artificial intelligence, telecommunications and the regional startup scene. Companies and institutions showcase products and services, while startups use the event to reach investors, partners and early customers.

Open to both trade visitors and the public, HITEX draws IT professionals, entrepreneurs, students and technology enthusiasts from the Kurdistan Region and wider Iraq, serving as a central meeting point for the area's growing technology community.
