Fi Food Ingredients Africa

Fi Food Ingredients Africa is an annual specialised exhibition at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in Cairo, organised by Informa Markets Egypt as part of the international Food ingredients series.

Exhibitors present ingredients and raw materials for food and beverage production — from proteins, starches and sweeteners to flavours, colours and functional additives — together with formulation expertise for the catering and food-service sector.

The show's trade audience includes food manufacturers, R&D teams, nutritionists and procurement specialists across Africa and the Middle East, who use it to discover suppliers and track ingredient innovation shaping the region's food products.
