Fi Africa

Fi Africa brings the global Food ingredients (Fi) exhibition brand to Cairo, held annually at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) and organised by Informa Markets.

The show is dedicated to what goes into food before it reaches the shelf: ingredients, additives, flavours and functional components for food and beverage manufacturing, along with catering-sector applications and packaging touchpoints.

Fi Africa serves a trade audience of R&D specialists, product developers, food technologists and ingredient buyers. For manufacturers reformulating products or developing new lines for African markets, it is the continent's focused ingredients sourcing event.
