27th Baghdad International Book Fair

The Baghdad International Book Fair is an annual cultural event held at the Baghdad International Fairground in Baghdad and organized by the Iraqi Publishers Union. This edition marks the twenty-seventh time the fair has been held.

Publishing houses from Iraq and abroad present books spanning literature, education, media and general knowledge, giving readers access to a wide selection of new and classic titles in one place. The fair also serves as a meeting point for publishers, authors and the wider literary community.

Open to the general public, the fair attracts readers, students, academics and families, and holds a long-standing place on the cultural calendar of Baghdad.
